Terms
Read the terms. Then read the contract.
These plain-English terms set expectations for using FinePrintly's contract-risk information tools.
What FinePrintly is
FinePrintly is an AI-assisted tool that highlights potential contract risks and explains clauses in plain English. It provides educational information to help you ask better questions. It is not a law firm, lawyer, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Your decisions stay yours
A scan, score, summary, or negotiation prompt is not legal advice and should not be the only basis for signing, refusing, changing, or enforcing a contract. Contracts can have consequences that depend on the full document and your specific circumstances. Get advice from an Australian lawyer where you need it.
Your uploads and account
Only upload material you are authorised to share and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account details secure. Do not use FinePrintly to upload content that breaches confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
Using the service fairly
Please do not interfere with FinePrintly, attempt to access another person’s account or data, misuse automated features, or use the product in a way that may harm others or the service. We may change, pause, or improve features as the product develops.
Support and questions
If something does not look right, contact the FinePrintly team. We can help with the product and your account, but we cannot give you legal advice about your contract or tell you what you should sign.
